Our Awards Office is now open to assist you. If you wish to receive screeners this year, please fill out the form below as soon as possible. We need to confirm that you wish to receive screeners, and that we have your correct address, so we can provide you with screeners and other important awards season material in a timely fashion.

In an effort to lessen our carbon footprint during this awards season, we respectfully request email addresses to help with the dissemination of awards information ensuring timely notice to members as well as reducing energy and waste. We also request your city of primary residence to ensure our screening program locations maximize member viewing opportunities.

Before you submit the form, we want to remind you that Fox owns these screeners and loans them to you solely for your personal awards consideration during this awards season. You may not copy, sell, rent, loan, publicly perform, give them away, or upload them to the internet. In an effort to curb online piracy, we mark screeners with an individual watermark traceable to the recipient. Screeners are to be destroyed at the end of awards season and instructions will be included with the screeners.
